Sponsor 

The sponsor of this Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is Ceremony of Roses Acquisition, LLC, 25 Madison Avenue, New York, NY 10010-8601 ("Sponsor"). 

Eligibility 

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States and Canada who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Residents of Quebec are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited. Employees, agents, and representatives of Sponsor and their respective affiliates, and members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible to enter. 

How to Enter 

To enter, scan the official QR code made available during the Bring Me The Horizon tour and submit your email address via the designated online entry form. Limit one (1) entry per person. Duplicate, automated, incomplete, or fraudulent entries will be disqualified. No purchase is required to enter or win. 

Entry Period 

The Giveaway begins on the date the QR code is first made available during the tour and ends at 11:59 PM local time on May 15, 2026 (the "Entry Period"). 

Winner Selection 

One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. 

Winner Notification 

The potential winner will be notified via the email address provided at entry within five (5) business days following the end of the Entry Period. The winner must respond within seven (7) days of notification and provide a valid mailing address. Failure to respond may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. 

Prize 

Five (5) Bring Me The Horizon vinyl records will be awarded to the winner as a single prize package. Estimated Retail Value (ERV): $175 USD. The prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted, assigned, transferred, or redeemed for cash, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable. 

Shipping 

The prize will be shipped at no cost to the winner to an address within the United States or Canada (excluding Quebec) only. Sponsor is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage during shipping beyond its reasonable control. 

General Conditions 

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway. Sponsor is not responsible for technical errors, lost, late, misdirected, or undelivered entries or email communications. 

Limitation of Liability & Release 

By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, the artist, tour promoters, and each of their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize, except where prohibited by law. 

Privacy 

Email addresses collected in connection with this Giveaway will be used for Giveaway administration in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Entrants may also receive marketing or promotional emails from Sponsor or related parties and may unsubscribe at any time.
