BRING ME THE HORIZON
VINYL GIVEAWAY
OFFICIAL RULES
UNITED STATES AND CANADA, INCLUDING QUEBEC
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
1. Sponsor. The sponsor of this Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is Ceremony of Roses Acquisition, LLC, 25 Madison Avenue, New York, NY 10010-8601 (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility. The Giveaway is open to: (a) legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older; and (b) legal residents of Canada, including Quebec, who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence, in each case at the time of entry. Employees, agents, and representatives of Sponsor, the artist, tour promoters, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible to enter. Void where prohibited by law.
3. Entry Period. The Giveaway begins when the official QR code is first made available during the Bring Me The Horizon tour and ends at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on October 8, 2026 (the “Entry Period”). Sponsor’s computer located in Los Angeles, California is the official timekeeping device for the Giveaway.
4. How to Enter. During the Entry Period, scan the official QR code made available at participating Bring Me The Horizon tour dates and submit a valid email address and any other required information through the designated online entry form. Limit one (1) entry per person and email address. Duplicate, automated, incomplete, late, or fraudulent entries may be disqualified. No purchase is required, and attendance at or purchase of a ticket to a tour date is not required, provided the entry form is otherwise lawfully accessible during the Entry Period.
5. Winner Selection and Canadian Skill-Testing Requirement. On or about October 9, 2026, Sponsor will randomly select one (1) potential winner from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. If the potential winner is a resident of Canada, including Quebec, the potential winner must correctly answer, without assistance or mechanical aid and within the time specified by Sponsor, a mathematical skill-testing question before being confirmed as the winner or receiving the prize. Failure to answer correctly will result in disqualification and Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner.
6. Winner Notification. The potential winner will be notified at the email address provided at entry within five (5) business days after the drawing and must respond within seven (7) days of notification. The potential winner may be required to confirm eligibility, provide a valid mailing address, correctly complete any required skill-testing question (as applicable), and execute eligibility, liability, publicity, tax, or other prize-claim documentation permitted by law. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond or comply within the stated period, is ineligible, or declines the prize, Sponsor may disqualify that person and select an alternate potential winner.
7. Prize. One (1) winner will receive one (1) prize package consisting of four (4) Bring Me The Horizon vinyl records. Approximate retail value: USD $150. The prize is non-transferable and may not be assigned, substituted, or redeemed for cash, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Any prize details not specified in these Official Rules will be determined by Sponsor in its reasonable discretion. The winner is responsible for any taxes and expenses not expressly included.
8. Shipping. The prize will be shipped at no cost to the confirmed winner to a valid shipping address that is able to securely receive packages within the United States or Canada. Sponsor is not responsible for delays, loss, theft, or damage occurring in transit or after delivery beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control, or for shipment failure resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the winner.
9. Quebec and French-Language Materials. For Quebec residents, these Official Rules, the entry form, material advertising and disclosures, and winner communications will be made available in French as required by applicable law. In the event of any inconsistency between the English and French versions, the version that must govern under applicable law will control.
10. General Conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding to the extent permitted by law. Sponsor may cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure, unauthorized intervention, force majeure, or another factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity, administration, security, or proper operation of the Giveaway. Sponsor may disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules. If the Giveaway is terminated early, Sponsor may select the winner from eligible entries received before termination, if practical and lawful.
11. Limitation of Liability and Release. To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, the artist, tour promoters, participating venues, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from or relating to participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize. Nothing in these Official Rules limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.
12. Privacy and Marketing Consent. Personal information collected in connection with the Giveaway will be used to administer the Giveaway and otherwise handled in accordance with Sponsor’s applicable privacy policy. Marketing or promotional communications will be sent only where the entrant has provided any consent required by applicable law. Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time without affecting an entry already submitted.
13. Governing Law. Except where prohibited by applicable law, the Giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in New York County, New York, except where an entrant’s applicable law requires otherwise.
